Ashtabula County is strongest when experience, integrity, and results guide our future. Casey Kozlowski has earned the community’s trust time and again, first elected County Commissioner in 2014 and re-elected in 2018 and 2022 because he delivers steady leadership and real results.
A lifelong resident of Ashtabula County, Casey has devoted his career to public service. As a former State Representative for Ohio’s 99th House District, he turned principles into progress, introducing seven bills, four signed into law focused on fiscal responsibility and small business growth. His leadership on key committees, including Transportation, Public Safety & Homeland Security, Agriculture & Natural Resources, Education, and Small Business & Economic Development, reflects a practical, results driven approach.
Casey’s service began early as one of Ohio’s youngest elected school board members on the Pymatuning Valley Board of Education, where he championed student achievement and responsible stewardship. His experience extends beyond government as a Business Manager for a local company, overseeing finances, marketing, and operations for a multi-million dollar business bringing real world insight to public decisions.
As Commissioner, Casey has led at the highest levels serving as Board President, CEO of the Northeast Ohio Consortium Council of Governments, and Chairman of the Eastgate Regional Council of Governments. He works daily with critical partners, serving as liaison to boards that impact public safety, economic development, tourism, corrections, and substance abuse prevention. Today, he also serves Ashtabula County statewide as Vice President of the County Commissioners Association of Ohio.
Grounded in faith, family, and community, Casey remains active with local civic and service organizations, reflecting his deep commitment to the people he serves. His leadership training, awards, and continued professional growth underscore a simple truth: Casey Kozlowski leads with heart, experience, and accountability.
