Eastern County Court Judge Harold Specht received his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University and his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State.
Judge Specht served in the United States Marine Corps during the Gulf War.
Judge Specht was the chief assistant prosecutor of Ashtabula County, Ohio. He has served as county prosecutor for twelve years and has was a chief assistant prosecutor since 2008.
Judge Specht received the Southwest Asia Combat ribbon from the United States Marine Corps.
